Chris + Mary || Metropolitan, KY

HOW THEY MET:

We met in 2010 at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Mary was a student athlete on the Rutgers Rowing Team (waking up early at 6am to practice on the Raritan River). Chris was a student playing in a band (practicing late night and playing shows in bars and basements). One day Mary's friend Sue mentioned to Chris that he'd love her friend Mary. She said they had to meet and invited Chris over to a party the day before Valentines Day. The two hit it off and had their first date on Valentines Day in 2010. And they've been together ever since!

HOW CHRIS PROPOSED:

Along the way they moved around New Jersey, got a cute cat named Skit and Chris proposed to Mary in November 2016 on top of Torn Mountain in Bloomingdale, NJ.

The best part of the wedding for me was to photograph the first dance with Mary's mom and Chris mom, very touchable moment!
