Todd + Mandie (and Sam), Horse Farm Engagement session || Kentucky

You know it’s an incredible engagement session, when you’re smiling ear to ear and doing happy dances behind the camera the entire time! Mandie and Todd picked the Prickel Barn in Verona, KY for their engagement session and wedding! A super cute barn style venue tucked into a beautiful pond and Old Barn.

I absolutely loved spending time with Mandie and Todd and getting to know them better as a couple. They were such naturals from the very beginning of the shoot! They definitely made my job easy! We even had a few guests join us for the photos.

HOW DID YOU MEET EACH OTHER?

We met on a dating app called Coffee Meets Bagel in February of 2017.

HOW AND WHEN DID TODD PROPOSE?

Todd proposed in Dingle, Ireland on May 17, 2019. We were driving the 30 mile Slea Head Drive loop when we stopped at a small beach - at the time, we were the only two people there. Once we were down on the beach, I went to touch the water with my hands, turned around and he was on his knee with the ring box. After 5-10minutes, another family arrived and snapped a few photos for us.

WHEN AND WHERE WAS THE FIRST DATE?

Our first date was March 16, 2017 at Wise Guys in OTR. We liked each other so much we ended up walking down to Liberty's Bar & Bottle for a second drink. :)
