Joel + Jen, Engagement session || OTR, Cincinnati

I met Joel and Jen on a rainy February day in OTR Cincinnati, to do their engagement session! Joel lives in this area and it was a meaningful place for them, cuz they met each at Morlein brewery. I am always so excited when couples are up for doing their photos in the rain, I know I’ve said it before, but I will say it again…RAIN IS FREAKING AWESOME! We walked around OTR Cincinnati in the pouring rain and it was just so much fun. I am so excited for Joel and Jen's wedding in November of this year!

HOW DID YOU MEET:

Joel and I met at Bockfest last year. He was out with a mutual friend of ours. I ran into the friend and she introduced me to everyone she was with and Joel was one of them.

HOW DID HE PROPOSE:

Joel proposed on my birthday. We were getting ready to head to dinner, he put his sport coat on and mentioned he hadn’t worn the jacket for awhile and there was something in the pocket inside the jacket. He reached, pulled out a ring box and got down on one knee.
